We believe that mentoring and education can change the world, one life at a time. That is why we started IWE League – a charitable project that hopes to give some of the underprivileged children of this world a chance for better education, and a brighter future. We work with several public primary schools in Lagos, Nigeria to identify children that show great potential but come from a background of modest means. Out of these children we carefully select a few that become the IWE Scholars.

The IWE Scholars get their secondary education fully funded at a quality boarding school, the Lagos State Model College in Igbokuta, but that is only part of our promise. Because we believe that mentoring and personal guidance is worth much more than financial support, we pair each of the IWE Scholars with their own IWE Mentor. IWE Mentors are volunteers and sponsors from industrialized countries that keep track of the scholar’s progress and offer advice and guidance whenever needed.

Through this personalized approach, we hope our mentors can serve as a source of motivation and support for the children as they strive to achieve their dreams.
